| 1. Payment |

We
accept all major credit cards, debit cards, e-checks and money
orders/company checks made payable to WFMED. Credit card
transactions(VISA/MASTER) are being processed by Authorize.net, our
secured credit card processor. We also accept eCheck, AmericanExpress
and Discover payments thru Paypal (an ebay company). We do not store
your credit card information, so you can feel safe utilizing our
payment methods. All payments must be in US funds. |
Buying for your company/organization? You can download our Business Credit Application and fax it to us along with your PO to 703-978-9619 or email to sales@wfmed.com to place your order. |

| 2. Shipping |
|
Rates
are real time quotes from UPS or USPS. We can use your choice of
shipping company, just send us your account number with your shipping
company and we will be glad to arrange for shipping. For bulk orders,
please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.
Although we try our best to always provide quick automatic shipping quotes in real time, due to circumstances outside of our control, the shipping calculation services offered by UPS/USPS on occasion will mis-quote your shipping price. Should this happen we will notify you of the difference we are owed to ship you your item.

| 3. Return or exchange |
|
| To
initiate any return, please contact us with your full name and order
number. We will send you an RGA number and address to return a product
to us within 24 - 48 hours. Products returned without RGA # will not be
processed. Please fax us the RGA form (see below) at 703-978-9619 first
for approval before sending us back the merchandise. |
