With the unpredictable weather comes sniffly noses and congestion headaches. Wouldn’t it be magical if there were a way to combat these pesky seasonal ailments?

A quick whiff of Headache Magic and you can experience relief from headaches caused by tension and congestion. Both refreshing and soothing, this blend works to break up mucus and stimulate blood flow.

The essential oils in Headache Magic contain antibacterial and antifungal properties, are anti-inflammatory, and can improve mood and restore emotional balance. This makes it great for headaches of all types, even migraines, whether caused by stress, allergies, sinus pressure or hormonal changes.

Ways To Use:

To inhale simply hold the bottle under your nose, or place a few drops in your palm, rub your hands together and cup over your nose and take up to five deep breaths.

Diffuse this blend for an uplifting aroma that helps purify the air and diminish cold and flu symptoms.

Dilute it with a carrier oil (10 drops per ounce) and massage over areas needing relief, including the temples and the back of the neck, or anywhere else you are experiencing muscle pain or inflammation.

For a cold compress, dilute 5-8 drops in a tablespoon of carrier oil and add to a quart of cold water. Dip a cloth in the bowl and a wring it out, and apply to the back of the neck or forehead.

In a bath, add 5-8 drops to a cup of Epsom salt and add to a still bath (not under running water).

We also offer Headache Magic as a ready-to-use Roll-On bottle. Shake well and roll on to each temple or at the base of the neck. For more stubborn headaches you can also apply to the forehead and wrists.You may also rub into your chest and the bottoms of feet to help relieve sinus pressure and ward off sickness.
