Peppermint Floral Water

Once thought of as waste, hydrosols contain all the therapeutic properties of essential oils, just at a lower concentration. Essential oils can become too strong and overly potent without proper dilution, but hydrosols are safe and ready to use.

Peppermint Hydrosol smells sweet and refreshing. It can ease headaches and hot flashes when used in a cold compress. The aroma has an uplifting, energizing effect and is commonly used in the morning or when experiencing drowsiness.

• Spray directly on itchy bug bites

• Spray in the car on the way to work to perk your senses up

• Spray around doorways or cabinet corners to ward off household pests (mice, ants, spiders, etc.)
